Lugia's Light

I randomly was in a painting mood so I did this.

All in watercolor, but I bit of black ink in the eye.

I feel like I messed up on the shape of his head..like its too narrow or wide..something, tell me what you think. Mostly an experiment. I love Lugia and he should look his best. So critiques please
